NOW is the time!

We all complain how we want to look our best next time we hit the beach.

We run like crazy to find the best clothes that will show our tan, the best bathing suits that will dazzle everybody, we starve ourselves exactly 20 days before our planned vacation so that we lose 150 pounds in time, we feel bad about all the things we ate during winter etc.

STOP

Now is the PERFECT season to get the body you always wanted, all you have to do is make the decision.

- Try and work out 3-5 times a week. Many women hate the gym, and I cant blame them. It gets soooo boring after a while and you seem to be doing the same things over and over and over...

What you can do alternatively is try and find a sport that you enjoy. It could be anything. From tennis, to surfing, to hiking, to football, softball, basketball, martial arts, pilates, anything.




The options are countless and all you have to do is what fits your personallity, timing and budget the best.

If it means that you have to wake up at 06.30 every morning, then it is OK.

Don't complain or try to find excuses to avoid it.

After all you will not do it just to look pretty, you will do for your HEALTH which is the most imporant thing.

So, make your choice and start today, not next Monday.

- Stop eating all that food that makes you sick instead of healthy.

If you want to look like a 130 pound woman, you have to start eating like a 130 pound woman.

And you want to remain a 130 pound woman, you have to do it the RIGHT way.

Food is our body's fuel. Give it the best quality you can afford so that it will run smoothly and with no problems.

You all know what to do and what to eat. It has been said millions of times over the tv, the magazines or the internet.

Remember, eating healthy is not something that can be done for one month, then go back to the old habbits, gain back any weight you lost and then blame the diet for not being efficient.

Eating healthy is something that will turn out to your benefit both in short as well in long run.




BUT there is trick: Do NOT exclude the sweets and "junk food" from your life.

You have to put them in your weekly menu.

Chose a day in your week (let's say Sunday) and eat something "sinful" without overdoing it of course.

That way, you will satisfy your appetite for the "forbidden fruits" and you will most likely remain loyal to your diet.

Healthy food can be a lot of fun to make, so try and cook it yourselves. It is so much easier than you thing, plus you will save A LOT of money!

Have fun with your food, find new recipes, explore new tastes from all over the world.

You will be surprised how many wonderful things there are out there, apart from pizza and burgers.


You can travel all around the world through your kitchen and find new tastes that you have never imagined before.
