Things I love to share are the ones that make my day when I wake up, or make me feel good about my self, or even better help me learn something new every single day.

Guide to a better life - Step 8:Eat it

Like I said before, the food is the fuel with which our body works.

If we give it the good quality and the correct quantity then our body will be able to function properly, and show it as well.

Eating over processed food, in large amounts will certainly not help our body function properly.

The so called "junk food" got its name for a reason, because most of the time it is plain junk.

Would you want to eat JUNK everyday?

Not me, thank you.

Would you want your loved ones to eat JUNK?

I would certainly not.

This type of food may seem to be fun, tasty, cheap and all but the truth is that is not suitable for every day consumption as both the short and long term results of such an eating behaviour can cause severe problems.

Cooking with fresh ingredients is actually a lot cheaper than one may think, not to mention that there hundred if not thousands of recipes that can be completed in under 30 min and the range of those recipes includes starters, main courses, salads and deserts.

Check again this so easy bread recipe that was mentioned earlier. This is just an example of what you can do in your house.

Go for the real thing, check the ingedients you will use, make sure that you chose what is best for you and your health.

Make a weekly menu based you which you will do your grocery (this will save you a LOT of money) and plan how much time each recipe will take you.

You don't to start from beef wellington if you are not the world's most experience cook.

Start from the easy courses like salads, pasta, easy deserts.

Do not get discouraged if something does not work the first time.

It will definitely be much better than any take out and will most definitely improve the next time.

In fact you will be surprised on how many thinks you can make that may have looked hard in the beginning.

You can let your children try with you new recipes and let them brag about their achievement by giving you the satisfaction of congratulating them on their skills.

So what if they make a mess at the beginning, they will also learn how to clean afterwards!
